Tusichelle

PAT - Traditional Agri-Foodstuffs


Tusichelle are characteristic Christmas sweets, whose recipe has been handed down from generation to generation. They are prepared with egg whites, sugar, flour, and anise. After arranging them in a baking pan, they are baked in the wood-burning oven. They have a round and flat shape and a white color.
