Honeydew Honey (Woodland Honey)

Honey with a strong fresh vegetable taste, recalling caramelized sugar.
Sportsmen often take honeydew honey before, during, and after a contest: as a matter of fact, it strengthens the muscles, improves stamina, and favors recovery. It is a concentrate of mineral salts. 100g honey produce 300 calories that are immediately available, with no need of being digested.
The production in unpolluted places characterizes a high-quality, healthy, and natural product.
