Paths in the Parks between Lazio and Abruzzi

An unusual trekking of 120 km connecting some of the main protected areas of the Apennines in the name of the wolf, the wonderful symbol of the nature of these places, living in many of the Parks and Reserves of Lazio and Abruzzi.
The route leaves from the Roman countryside and reaches the border between the two regions, crossing Lucretili and Simbruini Mountains Regional Parks, Monte Catillo and Zompo lo Schioppo Nature Reserves, to finally reach Abruzzo, Lazio e Molise National Park.
An itinerary accessible for all hikers, touching summits, woodlands, lakes, valleys, isolated monuments and historical town centers of great charm with their hotels, bed&breakfast, holiday farms, and other accommodation structures. All the laps of "Via dei Lupi" can be also used as one-day tours.
Each chapter includes a brief introduction and the description of the laps and the places touched along the itinerary.
