This publication dedicated to the orchids is not a text for experts only. The exact ecological, taxonomic, and phyto-sociological description of the sites and the commented species would require different approaches and competence. The observations here reveal on the contrary a profane but curious look, aiming at arousing other people's curiosity. An invitation to discover and understand the territory of the Murgia with the passion it deserves: a naturalistic and rural-forest passion.
