The day includes:

• Meeting at 9.00 a.m. at Masseria Taverna Nuova di Sopra – Google Maps https://goo.gl/maps/5qxm2mJSH8AgCDJd9
  Stone art workshop to try with ancient and new materials, in a highly creative path carried out by Giuseppe Digennaro
• Guided excursion accompanied by an AIGAE/PNAM guide to discover the Murgia Geohistory
• Tales and stories about local plants and the geohistory of the Karst area
• Scientific dissemination on the Murgia geological and geohistorical heritage
• At 1.00 p.m., return to Masseria Taverna Nuova and "hiker's brunch", with food and wine products related to the territory and the farm
• Dissemination of information about farm products and semolina from the Taverna Nuova di Sopra farm
