The territory of Appennino Tosco-Emiliano National Park is characterized by snow and forests, slopes and clearings, peat bogs and forest roads: a landscape of emotions, with several opportunities to carry out outdoor activities and sports, from very difficult to easy ones. In the surroundings of the sports facilities, you will have the opportunity to discover and experience a larger sports facility, open all year round: it is the nature of the Apennines.

Electric Bicycles
The National Park promotes a new way to move across the mountains without effort and enjoy in silence the most beautiful settings of the Apennines: from 31st July 2010 tourists, visitors, and everyone else, will have at their disposal 10 special electric bicycles to comfortably and ecologically stroll around our most beautiful roads.
Rental costs
It is possible to rent the bikes on your own, or book guided tours in the various Visitor Centers.

Adventure Parks
Adventure Parks, or "wood acrobatic routes", are safe routes hanging among the trees of a forest. Everything takes place on the trees, with passages, handholds and ropes using the trees' natural holders or a system of platforms connected each other through boardwalks, networks and rope bridges. They are amusement parks with very low impacts on environment, offering a recreational and sport attraction in close contact with nature.
