After parking the car or reaching the Park welcome point (loc. Monesteroli) by coach, take trail 4b towards Fossola. Head uphill, along trail 4c, for Sant'Antonio small church near "Palestra nel Verde" (Gym in the green). Here take trail 1 (AV5T) towards Levanto which in its first stretch is also called Alta Via del Golfo (AVG).
Take trail no. 3 crossing Lemmen settlement and reach Montenero Sanctuary. From here, go dowhill to the town of Riomaggiore along trail no. 3a.
