The Ecotur report about nature tourism has been presented, the Dolomiti Bellunesi are sought by over 17% of the foreign operators

(Feltre, 19 Apr 12) During the weekend Chieti hosted the 22nd edition of Ecotur, the International Fair and Exchange of Nature Tourism. During this event, the new edition of the Ecotur report on green tourism was presented.
The report's data, resulting from the collaboration between Istat, Enit and University of L'Aquila, highlights the increasing presences and turnover, with the prospect of a further increase.
In a time of crisis of international tourism, nature tourism shows a countertrend and, thanks to the last years' steady growth, it proves not to be a niche sector any longer. Read more (in Italian)
