Sponcio Corn Flour

Sponcio corn is an old corn variety characterized by free pollination, cultivated in the Province of Belluno since the 19th century. The flour obtained from this corn variety has better nutritional qualities, also thanks to the traditional milling technique ensuring the presence of the most important vitamins, mineral salts, and vegetable lipids.
