Foresta Umbra, the green lung of Gargano National Park, is one of the classic environments for the dynamic observation of the seasons. However, its charm during a night visit is really unique. Moving at night in this ecosystem populated by thousands of species, from the little shrewmouse to the deer, we will feel our senses expanding and we will learn to listen to the silence and use our sense of hearing to "see" in the impenetrable darkness of the Forest.

• Equipment: jumper/sweater, long trousers, trekking shoes, electric torch, and a good water supply.
