You can reach the site of the Ceppo (1,334m), next to the Hotel Julia and the Park Visitor Center and surrounded by a wonderful forest, by taking long and winding asphalt roads from Rocca Santa Maria, Valle Castellana, or Acquasanta Terme. With the trail markers of itinerary no. 20 go ahead by car until you reach the end of the dirt road (1,356m) and continue on foot towards Fonte dei Guardaboschi (1,360m) and the ENEL inlet in Fosso di Valle Castellana (1,370m, 1.30 hours).
