We offer a snowshoe hike in a unique landscape, starting from the medieval village of Castel del Monte, one of the most beautiful in Italy, on the southern slope of the Gran Sasso.

We are defended by the undisturbed Bolza Mount and, crossing the surrounding valleys, we reach the immense Campo Imperatore plateau, at the foot of the highest peaks of the Gran Sasso massif.

Our gaze will sweep over the immense expanse of the Little Tibet, that in winter, with its snow cover, takes on an even more evocative appearance.

Here, in a wild and untouched environment, where silence reigns undisturbed, we will enjoy exceptional views and perhaps unexpected wildlife sightings…

Useful information
Minimum equipment required:
Waterproof hiking shoes or snowshoes (no apres-ski wearing), thermal and breathable layered clothing, hat, neck warmer, gloves, rain and windproof jacket, rucksack, sunglasses, sun cream.
