The wildlife area of the Apennine Wolf of Pretoro is home to several exemplars of the predator emblem of the Majella National Park. The wide perimeter fence leaves the animals the necessary freedom of movement; in fact sightings are not guaranteed because the animals are bashful and reserved. A sighting is therefore particularly exciting and is only possible with a little patience.
