The MTB itinerary 6 is the path that from Passo San Leonardo connects with the MTB itinerary 1A allowing you to continue the excursion in multiple directions; going up a little on asphalt you get to Roccacaramanico, still on asphalt you go down to Sant'Eufemia a Maiella, or going back up you go back to the locality of Lama Bianca and continuing back to Passo San Leonardo. It runs entirely on a dirt road on a grassy surface, it does not require particular technical skills and also allows you to observe very suggestive glimpses of the Maiella.
