The itinerary number 10, which coincides with the Q7 path and therefore needs attention to the hikers that can be crossed, connects the characteristic village of Roccacaramanico to the hamlet of San Giacomo, which is a few hundred meters from Sant'Eufemia a Maiella. An itinerary with a very flowy beaten surface, very fun to ride with any type of mountain bike and that does not require special technical skills.
