This structure joins the project "Coltiviamo la diversità" and has been recognized as a structure of the network "Cuciniamo la diversità", since in the preparation of its dishes it uses some of the autochthonous agricultural products coming from the network of the local farmers.
If you ask for the dishes prepared with autochthonous agricultural varieties, you will contribute to save these precious products from extinction.
"Se mi mangi mi salvi (If you eat me, you save me)" is the motto of this initiative.
