Malga Talè is situated at about 3 km from the country hamlet of Peio Paese. The road is flat. The first kilometer is also accessible by car, the other two only on foot.

The recovery of Malga Talè has suggested the creation of a thematic route dedicated to tetraonids and their complex strategies to adapt themselves to the environment.
As a matter of fact, the easily accessible structure is situated in a pasture characterized by the presence of mysterious wild birds. The surrounding clearing, the ilex tree woodland, and the highest summits are populated by the western capercaillie, the black grouse, the hazel grouse, and the rock ptarmigan.
The route developing within Malga Talè is a dynamic didactic instrument, since the exhibit follows the rules of bird watching: visitors will be the protagonists of a journey leading them to discover Galliformes in their natural environment reconstructed through the use of sounds, images, and habitat reproductions. The traces left by the elegant birds in the woodland and on the snow, their diet, their mimicry techniques, dimorphism, the bridal parade of the black grouse are the laps of a really fascinating journey. The itinerary is also accessible for people with disabilities.
Opening times: From June 23rd to September 9th, 2018, from 10.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 1.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. The Center will be open also on September 14th, 15th and 16th.
