It extends over a natural area of about 5 hectares that includes forest and rupicolous environments, suitable for ungulates. Currently in the area, which has mainly educational purposes, some deer are hosted.
The self-guided tour starts from the entrance of the structure and allows you to follow the perimeter along the unpaved road that leads to the Pirlo houses from the entrance. From this hamlet, a second unpaved road runs alongside the mountain fence. Along this stretch, there are always accessible observation areas, where didactic panels are placed on the ungulates and their environments.
