The hydraulis wheel sawmills, introduced in the XIII century, used the energy of water to transform logs into boards and beams. In Val di Rabbi there are two Venetian sawmills, dating back to the XVIII century: the Bègoi sawmill and the Braghje sawmill. They were restored by the Park workers.

Euros 3,00 guided tour with putting into operation
Entrance fee: Free
The Bègoi sawmill is put into operation every Monday, from June 11th to September 3rd and every Thursday, from July 26th to September 6th, from 2.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
It is also put into operation on reservation, to be made by calling + 39 0463/909700 or by writing to parcostelvio@provincia.tn.it.
