Bisciola

With rye flour, wheat flour, and leaven, Bisciola (bisoëula) or Panone is also prepared: it is a sort of sweet bread, with a more or less squashed oval shape, dark brown color, "flavored" with dry fruits (walnuts, pine nuts, almonds, figs, raisins), sugar and honey.
