Nature and wellness activities

With full lungs in the trees. Together with an expert, the slow walk leads to the discovery of the therapeutic value of forests on our respiratory system. We recommend you to bring a mat or a light blanket.

All activities must be booked (excluding "Sentieri narranti" - "Narrative paths").
Bookings at the Park Visitor Centres, and at Val di Sole Tourist Offices:
- full day itineraries: within 6.00 p.m. of the day before
- in the morning: within 9.30 a.m.
- in the afternoon: within 12.00 p.m.
- in the evening: within 6.00 p.m.
