Cycle-pedestrian Itinerary in the Municipality of Commessaggio
From Piazza Padri A. e C. Martelli Missionari, where you can visit the imposing Torrazzo built according to the will of Vespasiano Gonzaga in the 16th century and the bridge of boats, take the road leading to Viadana; after about five hundred meters, go ahead on the right along the road S.Maria, by bike and sometimes on foot. By following the left shore of the canal Navarolo, you will find the Oratory of S.Maria and then, after about two kilometers, you will get to location Basse where you will cross an ancient bridge (probably dating back to the 15th century) which has been recently restored.
