In Lower Valtellina, from the settlement of Forcola - Sirta, the route leading to Val Fabiolo begins. Val Fabiolo is one of the most fascinating and secret valleys of Alpi Orobie.
The beginning is situated right behind the church of the town, unmistakable for its dome covered with the so-called "pioda", that is a kind of schist which is particular widespread in Lombardy.
