Environmental Education Proposals 2022/2023
Environmental and sustainability education proposals for schoolsLabTer, the Environmental Education Center of Portofino Park has been working for years with professionalism and passion to help the schools visiting the Park, and to propose many didactic activities/workshops for pupils of all ages (from primary schools to secondary schools).
Portofino Park can be a great interactive lab to work on themes linked with environmental and sustainability education.
Our environmental education operators develop engaging and interactive projects, adapting their language to the students' age and competence level. Each project consists of a first meeting (a lab or lesson at school, online for schools outside of the Park territory) followed by a trip at Portofino Regional Park or in one of the Natura 2000 Special Protection Areas managed by the Park's same authority.
One project for each class is free of charge, subject to budget availability. Priority is given to the schools within the Park municipalities.
Operators are available right from school start, in case teachers wish to make the most of the mild autumn days.
All projects must be concluded before Easter 2023 (exception for activities that are postponed due to weather alerts).
Participation must be communicated no later than 15 November 2022 by E-mail to labter@parcoportofino.it , specifying
- chosen project
- school name and place
- Class/section
- Name and mobile number of the reference teacher
