A panoramic tour across woods and sea into the Natural Park’s heart. The walking tour starts from the small and panoramic Ruta village. The anciant stone paved path from Ruta to Pietre Strette leads through a “domestic” landscape, characterized by small and pretty country houses and farms, followed by shady and suggestive holm-oak woods. From Pietre Strette, the geographical and geological heart of the Park, the path reaches the southern slope, covered with colourful and sweet-smelling heathers and strawberry-trees, among other large Mediterranean shrubs. Then we arrive to Semaforo Nuovo, the most panoramic place of the Park, from which we get a lovely view over the Gulf.
