The Permanent Exhibit "Foreste, uomo, economia nel Friuli Venezia Giulia" (Forests, Man, and Economy in Friuli Venezia Giulia), presented in Udine by Museo Friulano di Storia Naturale in 1986-87, has been enlarged and re-organized in the premises of Museo della terra in Venzone (Palazzo Orgnani Martina).
It is a didactic route-exhibit dedicated to one of the most complex ecosystems: the Forest.
The exhibit, divided into three halls, analyzes and illustrates through relief models, models, and dioramas, the history of the forests and forest ecosystems, the wildlife populating them, and the tree functions and uses.
