Going along Val Raccolana means touching extremely varied and charming natural environments, where you can observe flora and fauna and admire some of the most spectacular landscapes of Alpi Giulie.
Moreover, the karst morphology is very evident: an example of it is represented by the spectacular waterfall of Fontanone di Goriuda.
The panoramic position of the casera gives the opportunity to admire the setting offered by the wide Montasio plateau and its surrounding mountains.
