The plant is characterized by a spherical-roundish shape, light green leaves bordered with red radicchio; the average weight is about 300-400g/plant.
This kind of lettuce is cultivated both in outdoor fields and in protected premises. If cultivated outdoors, after carefully preparing the soil, sowing is carried out in seedbed or in various containers.
