Environmental Education for year 2023/2024
Among the organised activities, the Park has come up with an environmental education programme aimed at primary schools, in particular for third, fourth and fifth classes.
Each project includes classroom activities (frontal lesson) and an outdoor activity in the Park (guided tour or workshop). The topics covered concern the historical-environmental connections of the Roccolo Park territory: agroecosystems, the Villoresi Canal and the network of irrigation ditches, the forest ecosystem and biodiversity.
This service is free of charge for schools in the affiliated municipalities. For the other schools, some free hours will be available for the development of the projects or for simple guided visits, to be agreed upon by contacting the Park Authority.
How to join: Each class can take part in only one project, by sending the application form by 29/09/2023 to the e-mail address eduambientale@parcodelroccolo.it
