You can follow the course of the river along both banks and cross in this way agricultural areas, small oxbows and woods dominated by the presence of poplars and willows. You can observe the more common Grey Herons and Little Egrets, and the rarer Bee Eaters, Sand Martins, Kingfishers, Penduline Tits, Lapwings, and Golden Orioles, and during the migrations the Osprey. We must mention the presence of the archaeological museum of Fornovo San Giovanni at the municipal library.
