The itinerary gives the opportunity to cross one third of the Park territory without particular difficulties. The initial stretch, with steps, is characterized by a steep slope; afterwards, the route develops with slight differences in height among broadleaf tree and conifer woodlands up to the ridge of Lariano slope, offering to hikers a series of charming panoramas over Como Lake, the town, and the territory.
The most interesting historical sites include Sant'Eutichio Cross, Camerlata Quarry, and "Parco delle Rimembranze". The trail ends in loc. Camerlata, Como.
