Parco di Stupinigi

Only 10 km from Turin, there is Palazzina di Stupinigi which was built in the first half of the 18th century by the architect Juvarra. The hunting and residence house built for the Savoia family is the nucleus around which the nature park develops. Near the mansion, housing today Museo d'arte e Ammobiliamento (Art and Furnishing Museum), there is Castelvecchio, an ancient medieval castle which has been well preserved.
