Parco Agricolo Sud Milano

Rusticone Lodigiano is a characteristic local mature cheese. Rinds vary from 7 to 8 kilos, with possibility to find pieces of various size sold in vacuum packages. The texture is grainy, with more or less holes, and a straw-yellow color, not dry despite the maturation period, but with a very pleasant taste characterized by a strong personality, which makes it unique.
