BIO - Organic Farming Label

Cacio is cheese with a cylindrical shape, a diameter of 12 cm, a smooth rind with a straw-yellow color, and a maturation period of 20 - 90 days. Its weight varies from 1,000 to 1,300 grams. The product is sold also in vacuum packages from 300 to 600 grams. Compact texture with slight presence of holes and straw-yellow color. It has a very delicate taste.
