This stage is divided into two sections. In the first part you can admire the historic centre of Parma, pass the Church of Madregolo, walk through the Taro Park and stop at the Church of Collecchio.

The second part starts from Collecchio and reaches Corte di Giarola, an ancient site of a Benedictine monastery. You walk through the Taro Park, surrounded by nature, and stop at the Parish Church of Fornovo di Taro.

You can also cover the new alternative route in a single stage, without passing through the village of Collecchio and staying within the Taro Park.
