The estate called "Geraci" in loc. Guado della Signora - Lido di Motta Visconti - was purchased by Ticino Park in 2003. The area of botanic-forest interest covers about 100 ha, out of which 44 ha of forest and the remaining 46 of poplar cultivations (timber arboriculture) and arable crops.
Geraci Park Center, situated within the estate, consists of a former manor house and an adjacent cottage with tourist welcome service, educational, and recreational purposes.
