The Trail E/1 (the first of the three European trails crossing our Country) was created in 1972. It develops for about 4,900 km from North Cape in Norway to Capo Passero, the southernmost tip of Sicily. A real European "green corridor" from the north to the south of the continent, where it is possible to practice the noble art of walking.
