It is the first experience of this kind in Italy. Parco Lombardo della Valle del Ticino becomes the leader in the enhancement of the products obtained respecting the environment and using good practices of sustainable agriculture.

Cheese"Grana Padano Dop"The word grana indicates a typology of cheese - the hard cheese presenting a granulous dough - but, in particular, the word defines one of the two giants of the Italian dairy production, the "Grana Padano Dop". "Gorgonzola Dop" The typical production area of the "Taleggio" includes the whole Lombardia region and the province of Novara in Piemonte, even if the historical areas of this cheese are the Valsassina and the Valtaleggio (here it was given the current name at the beginning of the 20th century). |
