Pancetta piacentina DOP

The Pancetta Piacentina is produced with the pig's fat called "pancettone".
The raw material comes from the pigs born and bred in Emilia Romagna and Lombardy, whereas the processing area is only the province of Piacenza, whose climate is crucial to obtain the typical features of this tasty salami.
