The book aims at being a valid support for the classes joining the environmental education project. The first section of the book is dedicated to the mountain, hilly, and plain stretches of the river considering them under various aspects, in particular the historical and social aspects. The second part is dedicated to the project "Anno del Lambro Pulito" carried out by the Park Consortium in 2002 after a flood, including special maintenance measures on the river, never carried out in the past.
