Extra-virgin Olive Oil

The extra-virgin olive oil entirely produced within Veio Regional Park is an organic product and derives from Leccino and Frantoio varieties. It has a green-golden yellow color and a slightly fruity fragrance. For the cultivation and plant health, only traditional methods and natural products are used. Trimming and harvesting are carried out by hand with traditional tools. Cold pressing is used.
