The meat produced within the Park comes from cattle bred with an organic method. The cattle is officially unaffected and is bred in the wild and without returning to the stables. Also weaning is natural, since the calves separate from the mother and start grazing autonomously. Men intervene in the spinneret only for the health inspections and the diet supply, above all in the coldest and driest periods in which the pastures are not enough.
