Traditional as well as new Romagna cookery are best tasted with the wines of this area, such as Albana di Romagna DOCG, Sangiovese di Romagna, Trebbiano di Romagna, Cagnina, Colli di Imola and Colli di Faenza, all of which are DOC wines.
