In Edolo town center, near the square, you will find Corte Mottinelli, a settlement that, since 1876, used to house for about one century one of the oldest wine-growing houses of Valle Camonica.
In 2007, in the historical wine cellar, Marco and his wife Daniela from Emilia have fulfilled their dream: they have created a warm and welcoming inn with a strong personality. The old barrels have been recovered for small service and tavern premises, the stone and the wood of the walls and of the ancient vaults and the outdoor veranda characterize the friendly atmosphere and spur on gastronomy meditations that the fine cuisine can satisfy.
The structure well matches with the cuisine based on the alpine tradition but always suggesting new ideas and combinations deriving from the long experience of the chef.
