Our cuisine includes traditional dishes of Abruzzi and is based on products coming from the regional territory.
Each product is fruit of a careful quality research: pasta and desserts are homemade and meat, exclusively coming from local breeding activities, is rigorously barbecued.
From the mountain potato to lentils, spelt, solina wheat, Sulmona red garlic: these are the main ingredients of the traditional cuisine of Abruzzi.
The wines of our cellar are all produced in Abruzzi.
From excellent red wines to the important Cerasuolo, Trebbiano, Passerina, and Pecorino. The latter are ideal in summer, while in winter it is possible to taste the famous local new wine (Novello).
