Premassone Refreshment Point

In this appreciated refreshment point situated at 1,650m of altitude in Adamello Park at the end of the very long and woody Val Malga, Gabella, with the collaboration of the family, welcomes with friendliness an increasing number of visitors, attracted by the rural atmosphere and the fine cooking.

The Gastronomy Offer

The gastronomy offer is based on fresh and genuine products, like fresh ricotta - provided by the nearby little cheese factory - cheese, and mountain butter.
It focuses on dishes based on meat and homemade pasta using stone-milled flours prepared in the mills of Bienno and in the consortium of Castagna di Paspardo.
Last but not least, the dishes are combined with a fine selection of wines, with particular attention to Vallecamonica wines.

Accommodation

Possibility of accommodation in room with en-suite bathroom for 2/3 persons.
The Mountain Hut offers large car park and an exercise course. In the adjacent torrent Remulo you can practice fishing.
The Mountain Hut is accessible by car from Sonico or Malonno, by MTB, on horseback, or on foot along shady trails.

The Mountain Hut is open from May to October.
