Those coming from the Reserve reach the Visitor Center first, a state-of-the-art facility which offers the visitors the opportunity to understand and thoroughly analyze the reality of the Cona Island: visitors can come into contact with the animal species inhabiting the Reserve by spying on them through the glass of the tanks, but they can also observe the details of the living beings thanks to the powerful microscopes.

Not far from the Visitor Center there are the Museo dell'Anatra (Duck Museum) - which has been mainly conceived for the didactic activities and is useful for the introduction to the identification and observation of the ducks - and the refreshment point with large glass walls, which represents the ideal solution for a short break before and after the walks.
