The old chestnut forest and the stream

• Length: 3.3 km

The ring-route departs from the car park of the visitor center, and after a few meters on an asphalted road it enters the centuries-old chestnut trees forest, to reach the Remolà stream. The path climbs up to the Sotto Tiglio meadow and then climbs down back to the stream along the badlands. Once crossed the Remolà one enters the Cavanne forest, rich in pedunculate oaks, turkey oaks and sessile oaks. After some meadows one reaches the ridge and the Visitor Center.
