Valentino lives in Milan. He goes to a ski resort in the Alps where, after an accident, he meets Fulvo and Nerulfo, two sprites who ask him to help them and find òm Salvèj. They tell him that the witches, who have come back after years of absence, have kidnapped him, upsetting the balance characterizing the mountains. The sprites, with their seven brothers and the friends of the forest, are looking for him to free him from the spell, but they will not have success without the help of a man.
