Pizzelle
Typical wedding cake prepared with flour, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and lemon.
Crunchy and soft at the same time, with the particular shape of an "8", similar to a wafer, it is baked inside a slightly hollowed "iron" with a double plate, which "imprints" a characteristic rectangular, round or fan shape, marked by the embossed forging with the typical diamond or gate weave.
